2 UXUI Designers

Overview The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking 2 x APS6 UX/UI Designers to apply specialist experience design expertise to help shape and improve digital products and services used by participants, providers and staff. The Role Working with a high degree of independence, the successful candidates will lead pieces of design work, contribute to complex initiatives and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate user needs into accessible and effective solutions. The role includes: Contributing across the end-to-end design lifecycle, including research, interaction design, interface design, prototyping, validation and implementation support Developing reusable patterns, design system assets, design specifications, standards and knowledge assets to improve consistency, quality and knowledge across the Agency Contributing to both delivery outcomes and the ongoing development of organisational capability through reusable assets, standards, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement Role Requirements Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Sound professional judgement and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement Active contribution to contemporary design practices and use of emerging tools and methods to improve delivery effectiveness Strong focus on user outcomes, accessibility and quality Eligibility NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only. Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check Labour hire licences are required in the state that specified personnel are being contracted, applicable for ACT, VIC and QLD Contract Terms and Conditions The proposed rate should reflect the candidate's skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria. Candidates that do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed. Candidates should be aware that rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process.
