About this tender

Overview Port Authority of New South Wales (Port Authority) invites interested parties to submit tenders for the provision of advanced maritime training services for port personnel. Objectives Port Authority wishes to assess and compare suppliers on a variety of measures, including service offering and features, training capability and resourcing, competitive commercial pricing, priority booking, and value add features. Port Authority is seeking to establish a long-term strategic alliance with a suitably qualified and experienced provider for the delivery of both advanced Under Keel Clearance (UKC) services and associated navigational support services, in order to leverage supplier expertise and innovation to enhance service delivery, optimise cost structures, and strengthen long-term value. Scope The scope includes: Provision of advanced maritime training services for port personnel Provision of a full mission bridge simulator Delivery of mandated maritime courses, including VTS qualifications and AMPT Provision of associated training services Delivery of advanced Under Keel Clearance (UKC) services Delivery of associated navigational support services underpinning safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible vessel movements within the declared port limits of Newcastle, Sydney, Port Botany and Port Kembla Contractor Requirements The successful contractor must be an established maritime training provider capable of providing a full mission bridge simulator, mandated maritime courses (including VTS qualifications and AMPT), and associated training services Suitably qualified and experienced in the delivery of advanced Under Keel Clearance (UKC) services and associated navigational support services
