Overview Tamworth Regional Council is seeking quotations from suitably licensed pest management contractors to undertake annual pest treatment services at six public swimming pool facilities. Scope The scope includes: Inspection and treatment of spiders, cockroaches and ants across internal and external areas, including amenities, changerooms, offices, plant rooms, storage areas, building perimeters, seating areas, fencing, gardens, bin compounds and associated infrastructure Provision of all labour, supervision, travel, equipment, materials, chemicals, reporting and documentation required to complete the works Completion of the annual pest treatment program by 12 October 2026 Additional pest treatment services as may be requested by Council throughout the contract period Facilities included under this RFQ are: Barraba Memorial Swimming Pool Complex Kootingal Memorial Swimming Pool Manilla Memorial Swimming Pool Nundle Swimming Pool South & West Tamworth Memorial Swimming Pool Tamworth Olympic Swimming Pool Contractor Requirements Hold a current NSW Pest Management Licence Maintain Public Liability Insurance of not less than $20 million Maintain Workers Compensation Insurance Provide a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) template Provide a Risk Assessment template Provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for proposed treatment products Comply with all applicable Commonwealth and NSW legislation relating to pest management services Demonstrate the ability to service all nominated facilities and complete the annual treatment program by 12 October 2026 Ensure all treatment methods and products used are suitable for use within public aquatic facilities and surrounding public areas Contract Terms and Conditions All travel, accommodation, mobilisation and associated costs are to be included in the submitted rates The annual pest treatment program must be completed by 12 October 2026 Services are to be undertaken in consultation with Council and at times that minimise disruption to facility operations, staff and patrons
