About this tender
Mid-Western Regional Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified individuals for appointment to its Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee (ARIC). The Committee meets a minimum of four times each year in Mudgee, and appointments will be for a four-year term. Council is seeking to appoint one Independent Chairperson and one Independent Member. Applicants may nominate to be considered for either the Chairperson role or the Independent Member role. Applicants should possess a broad range of skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the functions and operations of local government, including governance, risk management, financial management, audit, legal and regulatory compliance, strategic planning, delivery programs and operational plans, organisational performance, and the delivery of Council services.
