This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian Centre for Disease Control (Australian CDC) requires ongoing support and maintenance services for the Australian Immunisation Handbook (AIH) website and the National Immunisation Catch-Up Calculator (NICC). The services will support continued availability, operational stability, security, accessibility and performance of these digital services. Scope The scope includes: Business-as-usual technical support for the AIH website and NICC Incident management Service request management Defect investigation and remediation Routine maintenance Drupal and GovCMS-related support Compatibility testing Regression testing Release support Security and accessibility remediation Backlog management Technical advice Approved minor operational improvements Management of work through agreed governance and reporting arrangements, including regular operational meetings to review support tickets, incidents, completed work, upcoming priorities, risks, dependencies and effort utilisation Contract Terms and Conditions The contract is expected to provide 40 support hours per month from 1 December 2026 to 30 June 2027 The contract is expected to provide 50 support hours per month from 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2028 Unused hours may be carried forward and managed through agreed governance arrangements Major platform redevelopment, replatforming, content authoring, editorial review, publishing services, clinical or policy advice, and major NICC enhancement projects are out of scope The Supplier must not undertake work outside the approved scope without prior written approval from the Buyer
