About this tender
Overview The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) is seeking a secure, configurable and user-centred Board Management Software solution delivered as a managed software service, together with the implementation, configuration, integration, training, support, maintenance, transition and exit services required for its successful operation. Scope APRA is not seeking only a document repository or electronic PDF reader. The proposed solution must operate as a governance workflow and meeting-management platform supporting the full lifecycle of board activity. The scope includes: Delivery of a secure, configurable and user-centred Board Management Software solution as a managed software service Implementation, configuration and integration of the solution Training, support and maintenance services Transition services and, where applicable, exit services Operation as a governance workflow and meeting-management platform supporting forward planning, paper preparation, meeting conduct, decisions, actions, records handover and reporting Eligibility Conditions for participation, mandatory condition: The Potential Supplier must provide a current Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) assessment that is materially applicable to the actual board-management application and complete service proposed for APRA The IRAP assessment must include within its assessed scope the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM) controls applicable to the proposed application and service, including the controls required for storing, processing, transmitting and handling information classified up to and including PROTECTED Instructions to Tenderers Ensure that the completed response form, Attachment A and proposal are included with your submission.
