Overview SafeWork NSW is conducting a procurement for an integrated Body Worn Video solution, including devices, digital evidence management, implementation, training, support and maintenance services. Objectives SafeWork NSW is seeking to establish a future-ready Body Worn Video (BWV) solution that: Enhances inspector safety Strengthens evidentiary capability Supports regulatory and compliance activities Improves the secure capture, management and retrieval of digital evidence The procurement aims to deliver a scalable, reliable and operationally effective solution that supports frontline inspectors across a range of environments while providing robust security, privacy, records management and reporting capabilities. Scope The scope includes the supply, implementation and ongoing support of an integrated Body Worn Video solution comprising: Approximately 525 Body Worn Video devices and associated accessories A digital evidence management system Implementation and transition services Integration services Training Warranty and maintenance services Technical support Service management Reporting and analytics capabilities Cybersecurity controls Ongoing operational support The solution must support the capture, storage, management, retrieval and evidentiary integrity of video recordings and associated metadata in accordance with SafeWork NSW operational, legislative and information management requirements.
