This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) is seeking a contractor to redesign its Instructional Material Library (IML), including reviewing the current SharePoint implementation and improving search, findability and lifecycle management of IML content. Scope The scope includes: Reviewing the current Instructional Material Library implementation of the SharePoint migration and validating core requirements Reviewing the metadata schema to identify opportunities for search optimisation Migrating pages from the home site to the IML site Re-establishing metadata schema, content types and managed properties in the IML site (if required) Redesigning the topic page template to improve findability of IML resources, including surfacing key metadata Creating an enhanced search page using PnP Modern Search with filters and custom layouts Revising existing search mechanisms (for example on landing pages) to improve the search experience Creating a page archiving workflow Implementing an automated lifecycle management solution Exploring, if required, an automated metadata data extraction process for IML pages Supporting the update of existing IML pages to align with the refreshed design Conducting user testing to validate findability and usability Providing documentation, training and handover support Supporting revised or new requirements as the project evolves Enquiries Buyer contact: prue.oxford@apvma.gov.au
