Bradfield City Design Review Panel: Western Sydney Panel Member Expression of Interest(EOI)

Overview Bradfield Development Authority is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the final member of the Bradfield City Design Review Panel (DRP), representing an opportunity for an emerging Western Sydney design professional to join the panel. About The Bradfield City Design Review Panel will provide the Bradfield Development Authority with independent, expert and impartial design review and advice for projects within Bradfield City. Purpose The Design Review Panel helps ensure that Bradfield City's buildings, public spaces and neighbourhoods achieve the highest standards of design excellence from the earliest stages of development. Objectives The Panel's objectives are to: Provide independent, expert and impartial design reviews and advice for projects to be delivered by the BDA or its development partners Support projects to be well prepared for the NSW State Design Review Panel (SDRP) process, ensuring issues are identified early and addressed efficiently, therefore minimising project risk Support high-quality design outcomes across Bradfield City The Role Emerging Western Sydney design professionals are being invited to help shape the built form of one of Australia's most significant city-building projects, with this EOI open for the final member of the Bradfield City Design Review Panel. The successful applicant will bring local knowledge, lived experience and contemporary perspectives to the panel, while gaining experience working alongside nationally recognised experts helping shape the future of Australia's newest city.
