This RFT seeks to establish a new whole-of-government standing offer arrangement for the provision of Motor Vehicle CTP (Green Slip) Insurance to NSW Government agencies and eligible buyers. Project goals Renew the contract to supply Motor Vehicle CTP Greenslip insurance. Continue to achieve competitive pricing and supply continuity of CTP insurance beyond 1 November 2026. Deliver value-for-money outcomes through spend consolidation and leveraging volumes to reduce costs. Seek pricing improvements applicable to proposed contract extensions and improved payment terms. Encourage competition through an open tender engagement. Support government priorities for Aboriginal, local, small and medium suppliers. Promote a strategic and coordinated approach to Whole-of-Government procurement. Ensure market stability for government.
