Camden creatives invited to help celebrate local volunteers

Overview Camden Council is inviting expressions of interest from local creatives and businesses to help deliver the Mayor's Volunteer Thank You Reception, an annual event held to celebrate the contribution of local volunteers. The reception will take place at Camden Town Farm on Wednesday 2 December. Scope Expressions of interest are sought across the following four categories: Musicians and performers, to provide music and performance for the event Live entertainment, to provide engaging and creative live activations to enhance the event atmosphere Outdoor photo booths, to provide guests with photo opportunities in an outdoor event setting Gifts, to supply products to feature as part of attendee gifts and raffles Eligibility Expressions of interest are open to individuals and businesses from across the Camden area. Contractor Requirements Activity providers and performers must hold current public and products liability insurance, where applicable, of $20 million How to Apply Successful applicants will be contacted regarding their submissions.
