About this tender
Overview Albury City Council is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive capital project management services for the delivery of capital projects, acting as AlburyCity's Principal Authorised Person (PAP) and reporting directly to Council's Team Leader of Project Delivery. Scope The contractor will act as Council's representative for the day-to-day management of the project and provide all services reasonably required to plan, coordinate, monitor, administer and report on the successful delivery of the project in accordance with the approved scope, budget, programme, quality requirements, statutory obligations and Council policies. The scope includes but is not limited to: Managing the contractor's initial and updated contract program and progress against schedule, and determining whether the contractor has complied with conditions applicable to any EOT claim Managing project progress against budget Contract administration, including variations, claims, and performance monitoring Managing contractor compliance for WHS, workplace relations, and quality management Responding to RFIs and participating in monitoring meetings Reviewing the contractor's notice of an adverse site condition (if any) Participating in and informing project control steering group meetings and working party meetings Managing and coordinating Design and Construction (D&C) Principal Contractors Processing claims within Security of Payment Act timelines Contractor Requirements Demonstrated experience in delivering capital projects north of $25M will be looked upon favourably Demonstrated experience in project delivery of complex builds will be looked upon favourably
