About this tender
Overview Transport for NSW is inviting tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake Transaction Management Services for the Mona Vale Road West Upgrade between McCarrs Creek Road and Powderworks Road. Scope The scope includes core and optional services, to the approval of TfNSW Project staff and other specialist advisors (including Design, Environmental, Probity, Engineering, Commercial, Legal and Financial): Drafting, development, coordination and management of the Request for Tender (RFT) Coordination, management and writing of Scope of Work and Technical Criteria (SWTC) documents Provision of transaction management services Preparation of all documents required for RFT activities, tender assessment, and contract negotiation phases for the procurement of the Mona Vale Road West Upgrade Project Contractor Requirements Compliance with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period Compliance with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework Compliance with the NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct Compliance with the New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement Tender Briefing An online pre-tender briefing will be held for this opportunity. Attendance is non-mandatory. Date: Tuesday 21 July 2026 Time: 11am Format: Virtual briefing The link to the online briefing session will be provided once the signed Confidentiality Deed Poll (CDP) is received. Instructions to Tenderers Refer to the RFT document suite for full requirements. Prospective tenderers must complete, sign and return the Confidentiality Deed Poll (CDP), in accordance with the instructions in that deed, prior to being given the password to access the RFT documents. Completed CDPs should be emailed to procurement.services.sydney@transport.nsw.gov.au.
