Overview Cumberland City Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the Charles Mance Reserve - Centenary Memorial Upgrade project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFT. Scope The scope includes: Supply of all materials required to complete the work Supply of all tools and equipment required to complete the work Supply of all consumables required to complete the work Supply of labour and supervision required to complete the work Contract Terms and Conditions The work will be awarded on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract Contract reference: MW21-LG Instructions to Tenderers Question closing date: 19/11/2026 Tender Briefing and Site Inspection All respondents are required to attend a mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection.
