Date: 9 October 2026 Time: 10am Local NSW Time (UTC+10:00) Location: Randwick Barracks Pass Office Maximum attendees: Two (2) Tenderer personnel Please arrive by 09:45 am to ensure visitor passes are issued Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers must register to attend the industry briefing Tenderers must not enter site without being escorted by the Contract Administrator All attendees must complete the National Base Induction prior to attendance at a Defence base (National base induction form | About | Defence) Valid photo identification is required (current, with photo, government issued such as passport or driver licence, and in English), together with any existing security pass or clearance held for Defence works Day passes will be issued to attendees without existing Defence security passes, with escort provided Attendees are to wear closed-in shoes and a high visibility vest, and bring water and weather protection Attendees are to arrive 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the briefing to allow for site induction and visitor pass sign in, if required Parking spaces are limited, so attendees should be limited to one (1) car per company or make alternative transport arrangements Tenderers should make themselves familiar with the Scope of Works documents and any issued Addenda prior to the industry briefing Enquiries Contact: Tender Administrator, Mott MacDonald, S-EST10713 Email: PDS.NSW.Tenders@Mottmac.com
