The contract/s will be lump sum fixed price based on a schedule of prices, which will apply to response cleaning and designated special events. The contractor/s are to provide all management, administration, supervision, labour, materials, plant and equipment, communications, staff training and all activities and costs associated with the delivery of the requirements under this contract.
