Overview Programmed Maintenance Services Limited is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified subcontractors and specialist service providers to support a proposed submission for one of Australia's largest integrated Facilities Management opportunities. The anticipated portfolio is expected to include: Approximately 250–280 properties Approximately 350,000–400,000 m² of building area CBD commercial buildings Civic buildings Community centres Libraries Childcare facilities Operational depots Public amenities Heritage-listed buildings Corporate offices Community and cultural facilities Scope Programmed is seeking expressions of interest from organisations capable of delivering one or more of the following service packages: Cleaning Services HVAC & Mechanical Building Fabric & Handyman Electrical Services Minor Works & Projects Fire & Essential Services Plumbing & Hydraulic Lift Maintenance Building Management Systems Waste Management Heritage Building Specialists Security Systems Sustainability & Energy Services Pest Control Contractor Requirements Programmed is particularly interested in organisations with experience delivering services across: Local Government Commercial office portfolios Public buildings Healthcare Education Community facilities Heritage-listed assets High-profile public environments Multi-site metropolitan portfolios Instructions to Respondents Expressions of Interest will be used to establish Programmed's preferred subcontractor network for this opportunity.
