Construct – Stormwater Relining Bundle – Davison Drive & 149 Naval Parade

Overview Shoalhaven City Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the repair and relining of two stormwater drainage lines, one located on Davison Drive, Shoalhaven Heads, NSW 2535 (within the road reserve), and one located at 149 Naval Parade, Erowal Bay, NSW 2540 (within private property and easement). Purpose The objective of this project is to address identified structural defects and mitigate risks to surrounding assets. Scope The scope includes: Relining of approximately 130 metres of stormwater pipe at Davison Drive, Shoalhaven Heads, NSW 2535, following the occurrence of multiple sinkholes within the verge above the stormwater alignment, indicating underlying pipe defects and subsurface void formation Repairs at each end pit and pipe junction at Davison Drive, Shoalhaven Heads Relining of a displaced stormwater pipeline located within an easement on private property at 149 Naval Parade, Erowal Bay, NSW 2540, where existing defects present a risk to the structural integrity of the adjacent dwelling Removal and reinstatement of existing domestic connections during the works at 149 Naval Parade, Erowal Bay
