Overview Tamworth Regional Council is proposing to engage contractors for the supply and installation of safety barrier systems (the Project). Council is seeking to enter into the Contract (Contract No. T006/2027) with private contractors (the Contractors) for the supply and installation of Safety Barrier Systems. Scope The scope includes: Supply of Safety Barrier Systems Installation of Safety Barrier Systems The proposed Scope of Works and General Requirements for the Project are described in the Specifications for Service (refer to Part 3, Volume 2 of the RFT). Contractor Requirements Contractors must be suitably qualified in the supply and installation of Safety Barrier Systems Contract Terms and Conditions The Contract is in the form of an amended AS4906 contract The method of payment is a schedule of rates
