About this tender
Overview The University of Sydney is seeking technology for three core capabilities relating to curriculum management. This Expression of Interest (EOI) will form the basis of a future select Request for Tender (RFT). Scope The scope includes technology for the following three core capabilities: Curriculum Management System: A central system which supports the end-to-end management of curriculum, from creation and change through governance and approval, implementation, review and discontinuation. It manages curriculum structures, relationships and associated information throughout the curriculum lifecycle, and ensures educational quality, regulatory compliance, and the ability to respond to evolving student and market needs. Digital Handbook: Provides a searchable digital publication of approved curriculum information for students, staff and prospective students. It presents courses, units of study, programs, curriculum structures and related requirements using approved curriculum data. Student Course Planner: Enables students to plan their pathway through a course based on its curriculum structure, rules and requirements. It supports unit selection and sequencing and helps students understand their progress towards course completion. Information Requested Respondents are asked to refer to the supplied document, which contains twelve questions that the University is requesting a response to as part of this EOI.
