Overview The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified digital solutions partner to work on the delivery of a Regulatory Management System (RMS) to support the Aviation Consumer Protection Authority (ACPA) regulatory function. Scope The RMS will be the core business system used to: Manage regulated entities Support industry onboarding Administer fees and payments Record compliance and regulatory activity Produce reliable reporting for operational oversight, governance and decision-making Contractor Requirements Suitably experienced and qualified digital solutions partner Expertise in solution development utilising Microsoft technologies and platforms Contract Terms and Conditions This procurement seeks to establish an arrangement with one or more suppliers who can supply the department with the required services under a capped time and materials arrangement.
