Overview The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (NSW) is seeking an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) partner to provide confidential, professional counselling and support services to employees and their immediate families. Purpose The ODPP is seeking to engage a suitably qualified provider to deliver a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program that supports the psychological health, safety, and wellbeing of its workforce. The procurement aims to ensure the ODPP continues to provide a high-quality, responsive, and proactive Employee Assistance Program that supports employee wellbeing, contributes to the prevention of psychological injury, and assists the organisation in meeting its work health and safety obligations.
