Scope The scope includes: Portfolio coordination support for the Service Level Upgrade Implementation (SLUI) Portfolio Governance support across the portfolio, including the PNRP Program and M3R Program Reporting support for the portfolio and its programs, including future pipeline initiatives Project controls support for the portfolio Financial administration support for the portfolio Contractor Requirements Demonstrated PMO or portfolio coordination experience Strong governance and reporting capabilities Stakeholder engagement skills Experience supporting complex, multi-project delivery environments Aviation, infrastructure, or regulated-industry experience is highly desirable
