Overview AlburyCity Council is seeking suitably qualified consultants to provide detailed design and documentation for the replacement of the existing Doctors Point Road culvert in East Albury with a single-span bridge structure. Purpose The replacement aims to address the deterioration and structural failure of the existing culvert, improving road safety, flood resilience, and long-term asset performance. Scope The scope includes: Developing the existing bridge concept design into functional and detailed Issued for Construction (IFC) documentation Preparation of cost estimates Maintaining or improving hydraulic capacity of the structure Minimising impacts on the surrounding environment and the culturally significant Aboriginal heritage area
