About this tender
Overview Premier's Department, in conjunction with Government House Sydney, is seeking Expressions of Interest for the provision of Event and Guest Services at Government House Sydney. Purpose The objective of this EOI is to identify and assess suitably qualified hospitality service providers capable of delivering Event and Guest Services at Government House Sydney. Information obtained through this process will be used to inform the development of a subsequent Request for Tender (RFT) and assist in identifying suppliers with the capability, expertise and operational capacity to support official functions, ceremonial events and community engagements within a Vice Regal environment. Objectives Better understand market capability, experience, workforce capacity and service delivery models within the hospitality sector Assess market capability, experience, workforce capacity and service delivery models to inform the final service requirements and procurement documentation for a subsequent Request for Tender (RFT) Scope Government House Sydney is seeking information from hospitality service providers with experience delivering professionally trained hospitality personnel for premium venues, government functions and other high-profile events. The scope includes: Provision of supervisors, waitstaff, beverage staff and related hospitality personnel Support for official functions, ceremonial events and community engagements conducted at Government House Sydney A detailed Scope of Services will not be issued as part of this EOI and may be refined following evaluation of EOI responses. Eligibility This Expression of Interest is open to all interested suppliers. Instructions to Respondents This EOI is being conducted to assess market capability, experience and capacity, and to inform the development of any future procurement process. Participation in this EOI does not guarantee progression to any subsequent stage, invitation to tender, contract award or engagement with Government House Sydney. Government House Sydney reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the EOI process at any time and is under no obligation to proceed with any future procurement activity arising from this market engagement.
