Overview Byron Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from a suitably qualified and experienced entity to manage the Bangalow Tennis Courts, located in Bangalow, and to activate the site in accordance with the objectives, policies, and plans outlined in the tender documentation. Scope The scope includes: Management of the Bangalow Tennis Courts facility, which comprises 3 synthetic tennis courts Activation of the site in accordance with the relevant objectives, policies, and plans set out in the tender document Eligibility Byron Shire Council's preference is for a not-for-profit community organisation to manage the Tennis Facility; however, submissions from all entities will be invited and considered.
