Overview Byron Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from a suitably qualified and experienced entity to manage the Ocean Shores Tennis Facility. Scope The scope includes: Management of the Ocean Shores Tennis Courts facility, which comprises two synthetic tennis courts Activation of the site in accordance with the objectives, policies, and plans outlined in the tender documentation Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in managing a facility of this nature Preference will be given to a not-for-profit community organisation; however, Byron Shire Council will consider submissions from all entities Contract Terms and Conditions The licence period is to be negotiated, to a maximum of five years
