Overview Healthy North Coast is seeking proposals from suitably qualified organisations to establish and operate the permanent Tweed Medicare Mental Health Centre. Scope The scope includes: Establishing and operating the permanent Tweed Medicare Mental Health Centre Providing a highly visible, free, walk-in, no-wrong-door service for adults experiencing moderate to severe psychological distress, including those at risk of suicide Delivering services in accordance with the Medicare Mental Health National Service Model Focusing on timely access, crisis response, assessment, and short- to medium-term care Maintaining strong integration with local health and community services Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified organisation to establish and operate the Centre Funding Approximately $1.07 million (excluding GST) per annum is available
