Overview Lockhart Shire Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the management of Lockhart swimming pool for the 2026-2027 swimming season. Scope The scope includes: Management of the Lockhart swimming pool for the 2026-2027 swimming season Collection of gate receipts under Council's swimming pool lease agreement Operation of the kiosk Payment to Council on a monthly basis under the lease agreement Alternate models such as a fixed contract, commission, profit sharing or other arrangements will also be considered. Contractor Requirements Hold a current Bronze Medallion or equivalent certificate Hold a current resuscitation certificate Undergo a Working with Children Check Relevant operational training will be provided to the successful applicant.
