About this tender
Overview The University of Wollongong (UOW) invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified organisations for appointment to a multi-supplier panel of ServiceNow strategic project delivery partners. Purpose The Panel will provide UOW with access to accredited ServiceNow project delivery capability across implementation, App Engine development, integration, data, automation and AI. Scope The scope includes: Provision of ServiceNow strategic project delivery services under discrete project call-offs or statements of work Delivery across one or more nominated capability categories, including implementation, App Engine development, integration, data, automation and AI Platform operations, managed support and BAU administration are out of scope. Eligibility Respondents may nominate for one or more capability categories and must provide category-specific evidence. Contract Terms and Conditions This is a qualification process for appointment to a multi-supplier panel. All work will be commissioned as discrete project call-offs or statements of work, and appointment to the panel does not guarantee any volume or value of work. Instructions to Tenderers Responses must be lodged via NSW eTendering by the closing date.
