This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is seeking a provider to deliver Project Management services in support of an ERP implementation project. Scope The scope includes: Provision of Project Management services for the ERP implementation Provision of subject matter expertise in regard to ERP implementation Support for requirements gathering and validation Development of draft project collateral including schedule, RAID log and benefits log Development of status reporting collateral Development of a staged implementation plan Stakeholder engagement Support for the ERP RFQ procurement process Development of draft procurement collateral for client review and signoff, including a Procurement Plan, Evaluation Plan, Request for Quotation documents, Value for Money Assessment, Negotiation Plan, and Recommendations Brief Coordination of vendor briefings, evaluation sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders, and planning sessions Enquiries Buyer contact: procurementnqsc@ndiscommission.gov.au
