Overview Tamworth Regional Council is inviting expressions of interest from mobile coffee vendors to provide coffee services at events and activations hosted by Tamworth Regional Gallery and Tamworth Regional Museums over the next 12 months. Scope The scope includes: Provision of mobile coffee services at events and activations hosted by Tamworth Regional Gallery and Tamworth Regional Museums over a 12 month period Opening weekend of the 6th Tamworth Textile Triennial on 19 and 20 September 2026, being the first opportunity Additional opportunities may include the Powerstation Museum Birthday Weekend on 8 and 9 November 2026 and the Tamworth Country Music Festival from 15 to 24 January 2027, among others Contractor Requirements Experienced vendors who can support a range of cultural and community events How to Apply Please complete the form provided to assist the council in assessing your suitability and operational requirements. Expressions of Interest will be open from 20 August to 15 September 2026, with successful applicants contacted following the closing date.
