Overview Snowy Monaro Regional Council has recently taken possession of two abandoned vehicles, which are now being offered for sale by expression of interest (EOI). The vehicles are sold as-is, where is, and must be towed or trailered from the collection point. Vehicle Details Vehicle 1: 2008 Ford Ranger PJ 4x4 Auto Dual cab utility with lockable ARB canopy, aftermarket Sunraysia-style wheels, driving lights, trailer wiring, rear step and tow ball Unregistered, no battery, one key, mechanical condition unknown, no service history Last registered in 2023 in NSW PPSR report is clear and will be provided to the buyer Last recorded odometer reading was 300,076 on 30 May 2024, accuracy not guaranteed Vehicle 2: 2007 Volkswagen Transporter T5 Manual LED lightbar and tow ball, partial camper conversion (mattress and frame only), no head unit/radio Unregistered, no battery, one key, mechanical condition unknown, no service history Last registered in Queensland PPSR report is clear Site Inspection The vehicles can be inspected at Council's Berridale Depot. Inspection is strongly recommended. Expressions of interest must be submitted to Council by 5pm Wednesday 12 August 2026 and must include the proposed purchase price. The best offer received for each vehicle will be invited to complete their purchase after the conclusion of the EOI period.
