About The Land is intended as the location for future sporting fields but is currently unutilised. The available parcels of land are on either side of the Locks Lane Road reserve, and the road reserve will not be included in any lease or licence agreement. The Land is zoned RU4, Primary Production Small Lots. Scope The opportunity relates to the following available parcels of land at Locks Lane, South Tamworth, totalling approximately 18ha: Part Lot 63 DP 1011819 Part Lot 2 DP 162235 Lot 1 DP 162235 Part Lot 41 DP 719840 Part Lot 1 DP 1010403 Part Lot 3 DP 1199913 Part Lot 62 DP 1011819 Eligibility Council is seeking submissions from Interested Parties who are able to utilise the Land (or part of the Land) in accordance with the zoning requirements.
