Overview Camden Council invites Expressions of Interest for the leasing of Council community land for telecommunications facilities within the Camden Local Government Area. A detailed description of the requirements is set out in Council's EOI document. Scope In response to Camden's significant current and projected growth, Camden Council, as a local authority constituted under the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced telecommunications infrastructure providers to lease pre-selected sites within the LGA. The scope includes: Leasing of the nominated pre-selected sites within the Camden LGA for the provision of telecommunications facilities Respondents may identify and propose other suitable sites within the Camden LGA for telecommunications services, with Council to assess proposed sites to determine suitability Contractor Requirements Respondents must be suitably qualified and experienced telecommunications infrastructure providers Instructions to Tenderers Council's current Land Register can be used to identify folio details and potential locations for consideration.
