About this tender
Overview The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry is seeking a supplier to provide end-to-end Facilities Emergency Management services across its departmental property portfolio. Scope The scope includes: Development, review and maintenance of Emergency Management Plans (EMPs) Development, review and maintenance of evacuation diagrams Establishment and maintenance of Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) documentation and records Delivery of emergency management training, awareness programs and emergency exercises Provision of specialist emergency management advice and regulatory compliance support Maintenance of emergency management records and reporting Monitoring and reporting against service delivery requirements and performance measures Support for compliance with AS 3745:2010 and applicable Commonwealth, state and territory legislative requirements Provision and maintenance of a secure, centralised emergency management portal to support document management, compliance monitoring, reporting and national oversight Services will be required across approximately 70 departmental locations nationally.
