Overview The NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) is seeking quotations from qualified suppliers to provide after-hours security officer services at NESA's Clarence Street Office. Purpose The purpose of this Request for Quotation is for NESA to seek quotations and assess the suitability of qualified suppliers to provide after-hours security services. Objectives The primary objectives to be achieved by the supplier in delivering the after-hours security officer services are: Possess the capability and capacity to deliver the services required by NESA Ensure that all security officers hold the appropriate licenses and have undergone suitable personnel screening, including Working with Children Checks and National Police Checks, where required Provide a comprehensive service delivery plan that demonstrates compliance with NESA's security service requirements Provide appropriate equipment and uniforms to enable security officers to deliver the required security services to NESA Scope The scope of this RFQ encompasses the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide after-hours security officer services. The scope includes: Provision of appropriately licensed and trained security officers to monitor the premises, access points, and security alarm systems Conduct of regular patrols of internal and external areas of the premises Prompt response to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches Accurate and timely maintenance of incident reports, patrol logs, and other required records Timely reporting and escalation of incidents to relevant NESA stakeholders, as required Contract Terms and Conditions NESA seeks to establish a contract for the provision of reliable after-hours security officer services for the period from 1 November 2026 to 30 June 2028 Enquiries Emma Huang, emma.huang@nesa.nsw.edu.au, 93678817
