This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Department of the Treasury (ACT) is seeking to engage a supplier to provide Treasury's Chief Finance Officer Branch with system administration and technical support for TechnologyOne, for four days per week. Scope System administration and technical support services include, but are not limited to: Providing advice and recommendations on the best use of TechnologyOne Creating or updating relevant documentation or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Testing and communicating relevant release updates (snapshots) on a regular basis Assisting with system upgrades, including the development of test scripts, for example for the annual upgrade to the Mainline B release of TechnologyOne Troubleshooting errors or issues encountered across all configured functions Processing end of year functions and roll overs for the new financial year for each entity (Treasury plus the three entities under service level agreements) Maintaining Financials Configuration across GL, AP and AR, including maintaining Charts, Ledgers, Formats, and Processing Rule Sets Contract configuration, including EDI transmission Asset module configuration Maintaining the Taxation reporting functionality (i.e. TPAR and BAS) Maintaining the Banking functionality Configuring and maintaining models in the Budgeting module Creating and maintaining ETLs (currently over 70 scheduled as recurring, 3,400 runs in a year) e-Invoicing for both AP and AR Developing and maintaining Reporting and Analytics (e.g. XLOne, EIE, Analytics Enquiry, Dashboard, and Data Models), including use of SQL Developing and maintaining Forms, including associated BPA workflows Developing and maintaining import processes Developing interfaces to new systems and maintaining existing interfaces via SFTP and Web Services Ensuring appropriate controls and access privileges are maintained across all entities, through the combined use of accurate profile provisioning, permissions, security and access controls, delegations and workflows Assisting with ensuring all processes are adequately documented Exploring and developing new processes to aid in the efficient use of TechnologyOne, including implementing a newly configured solution using existing or new functionality Contract Terms and Conditions Initial term of 1 year, from 2 November 2026 to 1 November 2027 Two six-month extension options Maximum contract length of 24 months, consisting of the initial 12-month term plus a first possible six-month option plus a second possible six-month option
