About Twilight Streets is returning to Campbelltown’s CBD on Saturday, 31 October and Sunday, 01 November 2026. This exciting event will transform Mawson Park and surrounding streets into a vibrant hub of food, entertainment, free activities, and lights. We are on the hunt for food vendors to join us at Fisher's Ghost Festival. We are calling for both trucks and food stalls to apply for our Fisher's Twilight Streets event across both days. Saturday will be focused on the youth/young adult demographic as we bring back Fisher's Gig and a variety of other activities. We will not be having any market stalls on this day. Sunday, we plan to bring a family fun day vibe with lots of free activities for the whole family to enjoy. Please Note: If you are a market stallholder, do not submit this application. There is a separate application link for market stallholders for the Sunday that will be on our 'Are you a stallholder' webpage on the Council's website. If this is you - submit your expression of interest now! Multiple applications will be accepted. No payment is to be made with this application. A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
