About this tender
The permanent reconstruction of the Gungas Road corridor includes replacement of the two creek crossings and restoration of adjacent flood-damaged pavement over approximately 900m. The scope of works shall include, but are not limited to the following items: • Planning, preparation, and site establishment • Traffic Management • Safety and environmental management • Quality management • Installation of 1800 x 1200 box culverts across Mulgum Creek (Crossing number 1) • Installation of an Inquik Modular bridge system across Mulgum Creek (Crossing number 3) • Addressing stormwater management issues • Construction of the road pavement and associated drainage • New bituminous pavement-wearing course • Relocation of DN150 watermain • Landscaping • Concrete pavements on the approaches to Crossings 1 & 2 • Line marking and improved safety opportunities • Site clean-up • Provision of “As Constructed” information Please see Scope of Works document for further details.
