About this tender
Overview Hunter's Hill Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from built environment professionals to join its new Design Excellence Review Panel. Purpose Following the recent endorsement of Council's Design Excellence Policy, Council is inviting experts in architecture, urban design, landscape architecture, heritage and sustainability to be part of a Design Excellence Review Panel that will provide independent advice on the design quality of significant development proposals across the Municipality. This initiative will help ensure future development reflects high-quality design outcomes that enhance the community and local character. The Role Representatives drawn from the Panel pool may be selected by Council's Director Infrastructure and Planning to act as Panel members in relation to specific development proposals. Role Requirements Expertise in architecture, urban design, landscape architecture, heritage or sustainability Information Requested Responses to all selection criteria Current curriculum vitae (CV) Any other relevant or supporting documents How to Apply Interested professionals are encouraged to review the Terms of Reference and submit an Expression of Interest via the online nomination form. Applications and nominations for the Hunter's Hill Council Design Excellence Review Panel must be received by Sunday 13 September 2026.
