Overview Charles Sturt University is seeking to select a modern HCM Platform that supports end-to-end lifecycle management across academic, professional, casual, contingent and research workforces. The platform is intended to replace existing HR systems while improving user experience, compliance, workforce insights and operational efficiency. Scope The scope covered by this RFT includes the HCM Platform and associated HR management capabilities across the following functional areas: Core HR and workforce structure Recruitment and employment lifecycle Time, leave and pay enablement Performance, learning and talent Workforce insight and planning Compliance and governance Digital experience and workflow Enterprise integration Data, security and responsible AI Migration, testing, and transition
