About this tender

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision, hire, installation, maintenance and removal of Christmas decorations across the Blacktown Local Government area Project goals The Christmas decorations and associated infrastructure are required for the following locations: Blacktown CBD- Village Green and Warrick Lane Mount Druitt CBD Riverstone CBD Council’s Civic Centre Foyer Riverstone Marketplace Scope The successful Tenderer must: Nominate a dedicated Project Manager for the duration of the contract Ensure the nominated Project Manager attends all pre-installation site meetings with Council officers Ensure the same Project Manager is present during bump-in and installation activities to coordinate deliveries, logistics and placement of infrastructure and equipment Conduct site inductions for all contractor personnel and complete all required safety and compliance documentation prior to commencement of works. Implement appropriate exclusion zones, barricading and pedestrian safety controls during installation and removal activities, particular in high pedestrian traffic areas. Comply with all applicable Workplace Health and Safety legislation, Australian Standards and Council policies and procedures Provide all necessary plant, equipment, insurances, traffic management (where required), labour and supervision associated with delivery of the service Ensure all decorations and infrastructure are maintained in safe, clean and operational condition throughout the display period Remove all decorations and associated infrastructure at the completion of the agreed display period and reinstate sites to their original condition Primary contact: Dale McShane Tanya.bigeni@blacktown.nsw.gov.au 02 9839 6429
