About this tender
Overview Southern Cross University is seeking comprehensive proposals from qualified service providers to deliver inspection, testing, tagging and digital asset data tracking of portable electrical equipment across the university's campus locations. Purpose The primary objective is to mitigate electrical risks, manage corporate asset compliance, and satisfy all relevant statutory employer duties. Scope The scope includes: Provision of a complete annual inspection, testing, tagging and reporting service for portable electrical equipment Digital asset data tracking of portable electrical equipment Delivery of the service in accordance with AS/NZS 3760:2022, In-service safety inspection and testing of electrical equipment and RCDs Delivery of the service in accordance with the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations applicable to NSW and Queensland Delivery of the service in accordance with the Queensland Electrical Safety Act and Regulations, where applicable Delivery of the service in accordance with University WHS Policies and Procedures Delivery of the service in accordance with University Contractor Management Requirements Approximate annual asset numbers are as follows: Lismore Campus: 12,000 Gold Coast Campus: 10,000 NMSC: 2,50 Asset quantities are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed volumes. Contract Terms and Conditions Initial contract term of three (3) years Two (2) x one (1) year extension options
