The Site, referred to as Lot TW6, is strategically positioned within the Tallawong Station Precinct. Approximately 200m from Tallawong Metro Station, the stie provides direct links across the Sydney Metro network and is in close proximity to The Ponds and Rouse Hill Town Centre. The site has a total area of approximately *15,790m² and is zoned B4 Mixed Use. Under current planning controls, it permits a Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 1.75:1 and a maximum building height of 26 metres, offering flexibility to deliver a high-quality, integrated development that aligns with the broader precinct vision.
