About this tender
This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Office of the Official Secretary to the Governor-General (OOSGG) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified supplier to provide managed application support, sustainment and continuous improvement services for its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform, which supports the administration of the Australian Honours and Awards System (Cloud Awards). Purpose The supplier will be required to maintain a secure, reliable and high-performing platform while supporting OOSGG's commitment to delivering accessible, user-centred and efficient digital services to nominators, applicants, referees, Council members and other stakeholders. Scope The scope includes: Managed application support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform (Cloud Awards) Sustainment and continuous improvement services for the platform Management of the Dynamics 365 application, configuration and customisations Management of integrations associated with the Dynamics 365 platform Release management and associated support processes Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified supplier with experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service platforms Contract Terms and Conditions Responsibility for Microsoft 365 tenancy management, Azure infrastructure, network services and end-user devices remains with the Agency unless otherwise agreed
