Overview The Department of Social Services is seeking to engage suitably experienced suppliers who can build and support Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, while transferring knowledge and leaving reusable tools and artefacts for departmental reuse. About The department has existing experience operating robotic process automation and digital automation services through a model involving business engagement, third-party specialist support, solution design, build, test and release activities. The department now wishes to establish a comparable delivery capability for Microsoft Copilot Studio agents. Purpose This procurement will address the need to support the rapid design, build, testing, deployment support and short-term support of Microsoft Copilot Studio agents. The department also requires suppliers to uplift internal capability and create reusable assets for future agent development. Scope The scope includes: Design, build, testing, deployment support and short-term support of Microsoft Copilot Studio agents Delivery of working Microsoft Copilot Studio agents that provide measurable business value Transfer of knowledge and reusable tools, templates, prompts, patterns and artefacts for departmental reuse in later work Uplift of internal departmental capability for future Copilot Studio agent development Contractor Requirements Current Microsoft Solution Partner status to fulfil the requirements of practical Microsoft Copilot Studio delivery services Instructions to Tenderers The department will engage three suppliers and distribute available funding equally to support a diverse and resilient delivery model. This approach is intended to provide each supplier with the capacity to deliver agreed activities and outcomes while enabling the department to deliver services and strengthen overall effectiveness.
