Overview MidCoast Council is seeking a supplier to refresh its printer fleet of approximately 70 print devices, together with an associated fleet management solution, across corporate offices, customer service centres, libraries, depots, water and wastewater facilities and other operational sites throughout the Local Government Area. Purpose The objective of this procurement is to replace the existing printer fleet with a modern, secure and on-prem or hybrid/cloud-ready managed print solution that reduces operational costs while improving reliability, security and user experience. Scope The scope includes: Replacement of the existing fleet of approximately 70 print devices across corporate offices, customer service centres, libraries, depots, water and wastewater facilities and other operational sites Provision of a managed print solution that is on-prem, hybrid or cloud-ready Integration with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Secure print release functionality On-prem or hybrid/cloud print management Comprehensive fleet monitoring and reporting Mobile and BYOD printing capability Advanced scanning capabilities, including Microsoft 365 integration Retention of existing RFID card authentication where applicable Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers should review the fleet inventory and pricing schedule and provide recommendations for fleet optimisation where appropriate.
