This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview Services Australia is seeking a minimum of one experienced Senior Business Analyst to support its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) uplift program. About The ERP uplift will replace the ageing SAP ECC6 platform, which currently supports key corporate functions including Core HR and Payroll, Performance and Goals, Travel and Expense Management, Procurement, ERP Edge Capabilities, and Finance. Scope The scope includes: Analysing current processes and options to inform decisions for the future ERP transition Supporting key deliverables of the ERP uplift program of work Developing current state and future state Business Process Models for Core HR (including Payroll), Performance and Goals, Travel and Expense Management, Procurement, ERP Edge Capabilities, and Finance modules Developing high-level business needs and detailed business requirements for the above modules Supporting the Buyer to understand business processes and determine business requirements for systems as the ERP uplift progresses Potentially recommending the future ERP solution and delivery approach based on findings from proof-of-concept analysis Working in collaboration with the Buyer's APS staff to create a development plan documenting skills relevant to the engagement, to be iteratively transferred to project staff Development Plan Content The development plans should include, but not be limited to: Identified skills Methods of transfer Strategies to retain this skillset within the agency Enquiries Buyer contact: ict.panel.dmp@servicesaustralia.gov.au
