As outlined in the RFT suite of documentation Tenderers are invited for the remediation of slope 14376, within segment 1300 on MR76 Waterfall Way in line with the NSW Natural Disaster Essential Public Asset Restoration Guidelines. The remediation design proposed includes a combination of rock and soil nail treatments to stabilise the slope. This work consists of supply, installation and testing of all embankment stabilisation works for slope 14376. A Mandatory Pre-Tender Meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, 6 May 2026 at 10:00am. A Mandatory Site Inspection will also be held at 2481 Waterfall Way Thora NSW 2481 during the week of 11 May, with the time and date to be provided to tenderers following the pre-tender meeting on 6 May 2026. Attendance at both the Pre-Tender Meeting and Site Inspection is mandatory to submit a conforming tender. Please confirm your attendance at the Pre-Tender Meeting and Site Inspection by COB, Monday 4 May 2026 by sending an email with attendee details to: Tamara.Woods@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject line “Pre-Tender Meeting and Site Inspection attendance confirmation 26.0000129125.0257.” All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period. All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement. Note: The Mandatory requirement Social procurement (Shorter Payment Terms Policy) and Social procurement (SME Policy), is a system implemented requirement, and is not applicable to this Opportunity.
